Choose the width that matches your watch's lug width, which is the gap between the lugs in millimetres. It's often printed on the underside of your current strap. The band itself adjusts from 135mm to 180mm in length. A short history
Milanese mesh takes its name from Milan, where the weave is said to date back to 13th-century chain mail. It became a popular watch bracelet in the 1970s, when dive watches needed a tougher band than the straps of the day.

Do I need tools to fit it? No. It has quick-release spring bars: pull the small lever, seat one end in the lug, and let go. As per the installation guide though you will need a small screwdriver or similar tool to set the length of the strap.
