How do I change my watch strap?

Changing your watch strap is actually pretty easy when you know how!

You can use our "how to guides" to learn how to remove and attach your watch strap in minutes.

You can also purchase our spring bar removal tool here to make the process even easier.

Does each strap include spring bars?

All of our Quick Release watch straps already have the easy-to-install spring bars incorporated into the strap.

However, for all of our straps that don't have the quick release mechanism, yes, they do include a pair of FREE spring bars that match the width of the strap.

You can then use the spring bars included to attach your strap to your watch.

What delivery services do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipments.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! We have recently started delivering to International customers. Currently we ship to the following countries:

- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France,  Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

More countries will be added in the near future.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our orders are shipped by the next working day after order.

UK Shipping Options

If you choose Standard Postage, delivery will then be made in 2 - 3 days after shipping, including on Saturdays.

Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.

You can also choose to upgrade your delivery option. All Delivery Options are outlined below.

Standard Postage

FREE on all orders. Delivery within 3 - 5 working days.

Postage Plus

£0.50 on all orders. Delivery within 1 - 3 working days.

Special Delivery

£9.99 on all orders. Next day delivery for all orders made before 1000 UK time.

International Shipping

All International orders will be posted with "International Tracked and Signed" postage.

For your additional security, International Tracked and Signed postage benefits from:

  • Fully tracked to delivery point
  • Signature on delivery

Delivery to Europe is estimated to be between 3-5 working days. Worldwide delivery is estimated to be between 5-7 working days.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you realise you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We are able to make changes to your order up to the point that it has been dispatched. After your order has been dispatched, any changes unfortunately cannot then be made.

Can I return my item?

Yes, items can be returned up to 60 days after delivery as long as they are in an unworn/unused condition.
